Most items are shipped using UPS Ground Saver where UPS handles the item to the destination zip code where the package is then transferred to USPS for final delivery.  Please provide a valid USPS physical address at checkout.  If an order is marked as RTS (Return to Sender) due to insufficient/incomplete address or any other address issue we will issue a refund minus our original shipping cost once we receive the returned item.
